Speak to someone who can add me to their list for priority delivery slots or at least tell me how long it will take before I an added from the gov data ... I am on the Gov.uk list of vulnerable people due to medication I am taking. I registered on the site a couple of weeks ago but have heard nothing from you regarding access to delivery slots. Please can you advise how long this should take.
Especially frustrating not to be able to speak to anybody via the phone numbers nor through the local store & have now had an e mail stating that e mail communication has been suspended as they fell they can bitter help customers more quickly by other means! What means?
By being put on their priority delivery list as a vulnerable person who is registered with the gov website.
Because I use their supermarkets
Have rung every Sainsburys phone no, tried all options on each, tried ringing the local store and tried to e mail customer services.
