I’ve had some issues with my Just for you digital coupon for Krusteaz muffin & cake mix...

I’ve had some issues with my Just for you digital coupon for Krusteaz muffin & cake mix.*I tried to use this coupon for lemon pound cake mix, but it didn’t apply for the cake mix I was buying, so I asked the cashier and she said it’s only good for “blueberry muffin mix as it shows on the picture.” That was nonsense! And she told me to go to the customer service, so I went there and the attendant said maybe because it’s a pound cake mix? Mayors good for regular cake mix. She gave me the sale price anyway but that’s what she said. And a couple days later, I went to buy the same pound cake mix again since my kids loved it so I wanted to get more before the sale ends. But I had to go through the same stressful situation again to get the sale price I should’ve gotten in the first place. The cashiers kept arguing with me saying this coupon is only good for one time even though it says on the screen of my phone “unlimited” and also this coupon is only good for regular cake mix. THERE ARENT ANY REGULAR CAKE MIX OF THIS BRAND AT THIS STORE(don’t know if this company don’t make regular cake mix or not but at least I didn’t see any regular cake mix of this brand on the shelves).*Anyway, if it is what they said, then please make it more clear so there wouldn’t be any confusion for us customers.*And of course, I decided to write this because this wasn’t the first time I experienced this kind of situation. I’ve had similar issues so many times. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one.
