I switched my flip tracfone to a smartphone tracfone...we called to activate the new on, keeping my same phone number of *** *******. The phone was activated and the number was transferred but, my safelink minutes were not. So I purchased **.** worth of minutes on my credit card to be able to make a call, but STILL can't make or receive calls on my new, so I entered my daughter's * for a callback, as she is here with me now.....HELP!!!!

GetHuman5626012 did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.
