I was sent replacement phone THAT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH SAFELINK UPGRADED SYSTEM...YET THIS PHONE WAS ACTIVATED BY THE REP....I HAVE NO PHONE, I CALLED FROM FRIENDS PHONE, AND KEEP GETTING DISCONNECTED, AFTER WAITING ON PHONE , AND SPEAKING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHO ALL SAY THEY ARE MANAGERS (IN CORPORATE OFFICE) I AM IN LIFELINE PROGRAM, AND A SENIOR.. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT PHONE FOR * DAYS ..I COULD CONTINUE BUT WHAT IS THE POINT. INCOMPENTENCE APPEARS TO BE THE MOTTO,,,IS IT THAT DIFFICULT TO PACK UP A FUNCTIONAL PHONE THAT IS COMPATIBLE WITH SAFELINK. I WOULD PURCHASE A PHONE BUT REP TOLD ME I HAS TO PURCHASE PLAN..HUH..I HAVE LIFELINE.. I KEEP GETTING INACCURATE INFORMATION.
