Replacing my lost phone and what I need to do for the SIM card that I have received from SafeLink Wireless. ... I'm a fairly new customer with SafeLink Wireless that qualifed for the assisted government plan. I didn't receive a SafeLink Wireless phone, but I received a SafeLink Wireless Sim kit in the mail. I was trying to get qualifed with SafeLink and Qlink Wireless at the same time but I was leaning more towards SafeLink Wireless due to there hours of operation with customer service being that I'm located in Hawaii. Being that I have been qualifed for service providers and your only allowed to one both providers were crossed up. This was the reason for my free phone wasn't mailed to me. Being that my choice was SafeLink Wireless I researched and found that TracFone was my best choice to go with the Sim kit that I was provided. To save time and frustration I shopped around and purchase a very reasonable priced TracFone and followed the instructions to get connected and it worked! I finally have a phone after *yrs when Bluejay Wireless suddenly disappeared. Now, its been over a day and a half since I have lost my phone or stolen from me and I have been trying to get in touch with SafeLink Wireless via chat or email with no luck, hopefully till now. I have an eye on purchasing a new phone and the price is really reasonable which I am able to afford at this moment. It's at Best Buy and it's a Samsung Galaxy J* Crown by Total Wireless at less than $** right now. So, my questions are....*Firstly, My SIM card what are my options for replacement? so I can continue with SafeLink Wireless.*Secondly, would this phone work with SafeLink Wireless due that it isn't a TracFone but a Total Wireless?*From my research so far I know that the Samsung Galaxy J* Crown is a compatible phone with SafeLink Wireless and that Total Wireless is under the massive umbrella of the parent company TracFone which is part of the biggest communication company in the world from Mexico. So, I might be right on track with that part, but Im not the professional you are and your expert advice is greatly appreciated. Now the SIM card, would I be able to use the Sim card that comes with the phone? or do have to buy a replacement from SafeLink Wireless? I'm not wanting to spend more than replacing the phone only, but if it is the only option then I would have to make a sacrifice. Please advise me on all the options that are available for me to consider it will be greatly appreciated. Almost forgot, when I purchased the TracFone there was a Sim Card inserted in it which I have kept along with receipts and information on the box it came in when I purchased it. Would that be an option to consider also? Well, they said to be clear and precise with the information that I needed to provide so I hope it's clear enough for you.*Thank you for your time and consideration in this dilemma,*Mahalo and Aloha, David P. How do you contact someone via a phone call when you don't have one!..... everything is call customer service! What will that do? Nothing, and everything else is like pulling teeth to contact a real person to try and resolve my issue. Very frustrating and rakes up so muchly of your time just to get nothing done in the end.
To be advised by the experts on all of my options that I can put under my consideration.
I expect good quality customer service in a timely manner and consideration to the customers dilemma.
No, I can't afford to throw money away before knowing exactly what needs to be done, in the right way. I have time, but money I don't.
