I have been without a phone for three months. I'm ** and have cancer and a heart condition. I can't call them because I don't have a phone and don't have access to one. I had several online chats but can no longer get through that way. My status right now is that my order is "in process." *Specifically what happened was I received an Amazon TracFone as a gift, had my old flip top's number switched to it, and the Amazon product didn't work, and I sent it back. All I want is to reactivate my old flip top phone, but what it says right now is "Insert Sim card." My phone number, which I've had for ** years, is ***-***-****. My SafeLink Enrollment ID is ********. My original "qualification date" Nov. **, ****. My zip code is *****. My frustration level is over the top. Please help me. Michael Neville.
