My cell pone number is ***-***-****. This phone did not get minutes loaded this month. *I received a message from Safelink a month or so ago asking me to respond with an "A" to verify which I did. Got the same message again maybe a month later, which I did again. Now your "Customer Service' where i was transferred to said i should have called. i did try to call twice, and waited on hold until the call disconnected. **i tried going on the computer to resign up - as the gal told me - but i cannot find the form she said to fill out. Lot of wanting me to download another app?**i've looked in recertifying and several other options and now am lost. One place said if i hadn't been cut off for more than ** days i could just call and they would put me back on - but hat didn't happen.**At *** the guy said I was back on, to just shut off my phone and then wait a few minutes and turn it back on and it would be back. But that didn't happen. one of the two i talked to said i had been cut off on Oct. *st which is less than ** days.**i am frustrated and lost at a time when i need my phone as i will be traveling with my daughter in a week. **please, can someone help* ***-***-****.
