I have a SafeLink sim card in a T-Mobile phone and am getting texts and calls but I cannot access the internet or any other data related features and my plan has renewed since my data ran out so I should have *.*gb of data available for use, yet my account is reflecting that I have *gb of data for some reason. I have successfully configured the APN settings per the directions and have installed the configuration links sent to me so there should be no problem receiving the data that I am entitled to. There must be an issue with my account of some sort and I need it figured out asap please! I did just change my plan from the *,*** mins**.*gb data to the *** mins**.*gb data plan, so I am wondering if the change somehow caused an error somewhere.
