Yesterday I called at *:** p.m. because my airtime minutes went from aprox. **** minutes to *** mins without explanation. I talked to a representative and she could not help me so I asked to speak to someone higher up. I explained my issue to the guy who I spoke to next, and he immediately got catty and started yelling at me. I told him I wanted to speak to someone else and he refused. Then I asked for his name and he refused to provide the information and instead he yelled some more and said he was going to cancel my service and then hung up on me! This left me speechless that someone taking customer calls would be so unprofessional. I'm hoping the call was recorded so you guys can replay it and fire him immediately for lack of professionalism. I still have not got a solution to what happened to my minutes that I didn't use, so my entire experience with the call-in customer service was a disappointment.
