I'm trying to activate my sim card. I ordered a bring ur own to be compatible in my att phone. I called to activate it about two weeks ago. When I hung up it still won't work. Says invalid sim. This is the *rd sim card I have had. I finally am around someone and I can use a different phone to trouble shoot mine. Also I dont have the number they assigned me. I Dont remember. My name is Joshua Feldpausch. I keep getting emails saying my service is active but I have not been able to use it. Please help
