My safelink phone service is set to stop on December **, ****, because the Safelink company said I am now making too much money. My social security check is at $**** now.* Odd as it may seem, the phone charging jack quit working on December *th, ****. Not to let a little thing like that stop me from using the phone, I cut the end off of the charger piece and connected the two wires to the appropriate contacts on the battery. It charged the battery. Once. When I tried to charge the battery the second time, the phone quit working. It had *** minutes on it. Which is odd to me, because the company only gives *** minutes per month. Of which I never use *** minutes per month any way. I still have the phone, but it is useless, and I can't find the back piece of the phone. So I am out of the remaining days*minutes. Is there any way that I can get another phone from the Safelink company? Can I get one and pay some sort of reduced cost for minutes?* I am still in need of a cell phone, as I'm still disabled. I carry it on me always, because my Lower Back and my Knees are in bad shape. If I were to become incapacitated for some reason, it's nice to know that I have the safelink phone with me.* I have not found any other phone services that "roll over" the minutes on a cell phone.
