I received a SIM card in the mail last Friday. I was trying to apply for a phone then when I got the SIM card I called customer service. I tried to get it activated I have an old phone a Straight Talk phone of my own but it's in really bad shape. Anyway I figured since I have the SIM card and I really needed a phone that I would just use this old one until I got a new one. Anyways the SIM card never worked he kept saying invalid SIM card customer service kept transferring me for days. Finally I talked to corporate and they said it was because my other phone was still activated under Straight Talk even though it didn't have any minutes so they zapped the sim card I was sent and told me that the SIM card that was already in my phone but they would program it and the card SIM card was supposed to work. anyway the SIM card never worked it still doesn't work I tried to apply for a phone I really need your help I would like a phone through you guys and I'd like it to be hooked up please and thank you
