My phone * ***-***-***** PIN * ******* I have another Sim Card Which is ********************* I do not have another phone to call CS, so I thought I would try this way.I have had several Agents trying to resolve the problem. yesterday evening I tried to use the *** and it sent me to Verizon. Raffy is supposed to have updated yesterday. I thought this would be a simple way of communicating? Please Let me Know This Morning. Thank You John DeBock.
