I have spoken to several agents on numerous occasions and none of them*seem to be able to to transfer my existing Lifeline service to*Safelink. My phone number is (***)***-**** and my Safelink Enrollment************I am an existing Lifeline recipient with current service with Assurance*Wireless and would like to transfer my benefit to Safelink. I have*provided all of the necessary information on numerous occasions over a*period of two weeks. Whenever I contact Safelink customer service I am*asked for the same information again, sometime two or three times in the*same phone call, and am told I will receive an application in the mail*tomorrow or in a week or in * to ** days. This has happened*repeatedly. Today I received an Email asking me to complete an HHW*form. This form does not apply to a transfer of service by someone who*already has Lifeline. How do I get you to transfer my service? I will*need a nano sim for my existing phone.**Thank you for your prompt attention.
