The cellphone is not functioning properly. I have attempted several times to contact a customer service agent, but they continue to repeat troubleshooting steps and repeat the same steps. This is not resolving the issue. The battery is NOT holding a charge. Then the representative put me on hold yesterday after I explained it to her so the cellphone powered off. It took a long time to charge the battery. The cellphone number is **********. My name is Ms. Portal.
