Help with my SafeLink issue

Safelink limited our minutes on ********* I called and was told that minutes limited because we had another free phone service - Assurance. We thought we could have another phone because it seemed to be a different company* we are * elderly residents in this household, and a *nd phone would be a real convenience. I called Assurance Customer Service (Wed *****) and said I wanted to cancel service with them. I also faxed proof of EBT card income to Safelink, it was suggested that i mail that info to your Oregon address, but I wanted to get our minutes back more quickly. I've done what I was told to* give us our remaining minutes for this month, please.
GetHuman-quixotic did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.
