Documentation was sent by email to update my account with Safelink. When new minutes were not applied a call was made to Safelink, and it seemed that everything was in order, however the people I spoke with had heavy accents and I do not hear well (** yrs old). Currently the information shows that the application form, qualification form, and USAC worksheet have been approved, but the account still shows as rejected. I have tried to call, but even after pushing countless buttons, have not been able to reach a live (English competent) person.
GetHuman1310000 did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.
