The issue in GetHuman-thanksfo's own words
My phone number is ***-***-**** I had put a passcode on my sims card and I was not able to remember it and I was locked out of my cell phone at the moment it is still on and active but I'm not able to use it because I'm locked out of my sims card at the moment what shall I do I was told by a pop-up screen to call SafeLink in order to have the lock lifted off my sims card in order for me to continue using my cell phone that is given to me by SafeLink and the phone that is currently being used as a TracFone my name is Joseph molohon I'm located at * East **th Street Apartment *D Brooklyn New York ***** social ***-***-**** and as for the security code when I call I don't want to type it out so no one can get it at the moment I would rather talk to a person life but if I can help this way then that would be great if you can help me in order for me to use this phone so I can get access to my other Gmail accounts that I'm currently trying to do but they need to send a code to that telephone number in order for me to prove that I am who I am and order for me to have access to my Gmail account thank you. I use several emails to get into accounts that I have and I believe the account email that I'm using for SafeLink is as

I think I'm a very good customer because I've been with SafeLink for a very long time and I try my best to buy plans with SafeLink because I get more minutes unlimited text and minutes and data and I like that so SafeLink not only gives me free minutes and text and data but they also make money off of me because I buy plans from them as well
No I have not tried anything else but leave this message to SafeLink TracFone and order to have this problem resolved and as this problem could get resolved ASAP it would be great because right at this moment I'm trying to get into my Gmail accounts and I don't want to get blocked out of them as well because right now they're wanting to send a code to that phone ***-***-**** in order for me to get into my Gmail account and if I do not allow them to send a code to that phone at this moment then they will end up blocking me out of my Gmail account and that would not be a good thing due to the fact that I have a fundraiser running under one of the Gmail accounts and if it gets blocked it will cause many problems
