My name is Nicole.I have a Safelink service and it is a T Mobile phone. Unless i am using wifi it tells me that im not connected to a network i have called and it gets fixed while im on the phone and then it stops. i have downloaded a network booster and it works at times then it stops and it tells me that im not on a registered network. its very aggravating when i need to use my phone what can i do to fix the problem. One more thing when i go to about phone it says that my number is unknown and that i am not connected. Please help me get this fixed.. Thank you
