The issue in GetHuman-katsfoxy's own words
i applied for a safelink phone on july ** **** by phone nd was approved,my eligibility based on my food stamps and medicade,i was given a fax number and was told to put my enrollment id number on page ********. on july **th i sent in copies via fax of the tops of these cards,upon reading my application status i realized i needed to fax copies of the backs of cards which i did on aug. * ****. istill have not recieved a phone and my application is pending due to documentation which has been sent in and i have the papers stating that both faxes were recieved.upon speaking to one of your customer service reps he stated that they have not recieved any documentation,whats up with that? i am a senior living alone and *** pecent disabled and in need of a phone. if i have followed all directions and am approved i am not sure what you would like for me to do. i no i will not recomend your sevice to my many friends if this is how you do people here it is almost sept. and no letter e-mail or a phone. ifeel your company needs to make this right!
