This is about my mom (Cecil wilemon, phone number ***-***-****) I don't know her account number. *She had safelink for a few years but at the beginning of this year her phone service was turned off. It said that it was because she hadn't made any calls lately but she had, she called me just * weeks before her phone was turned off. I called safelink and they told me she wasnt qualified for it anymore. We sent in the information about march that they asked for but never heard anything else from it.*My question is: since she still has the phone but it's not activated. Can we activate that phone and start buying tracfone cards and put minutes on it that way? The phone is currently not activated, safelink turned the service off.*If I can activate the phone and buy tracfone cards to add minutes to it, how do i activate the phone and how do I add tracfone minutes to it?
