Find out what happened to the phone that was sent and are they sending another phone as their representative said ... Never received my phone . received emails it had been shipped usups. I reported to SafeLink and usups. Usups is investigating .I don't know what SafeLink is doing. The safe link rep. Said he was ordering another phone would be a week to ** days. Haven't heard anything from either one. I want to know what happened to the phone that is missing. I have tried to pull it up on my account but don't know anything about the phone. Tried guessing didn't work. Where is the phone I was supposed to get and is someone using it? Am I going to get another phone? What's going on? Cathy Ferra. *****@***.com
Some one stole the phone
Find out what is going on? Kept informed. Where is the phone? Is it being used? Why can't they track it?
I changed from Qlink to SafeLink because Qlink was do difficult to get thru to and we'll as I'm getting from SafeLink.
I called usups they're investigating. I tried tracking it but no info at time.
I have an issue with SafeLink too
