The issue in GetHuman-mtselma's own words
In April **** i enrolled in and was approved for California Lifeline Wireless service with Safe Link as my service provider. In June ****, i lost my phone while traveling. It is now July and i have received a notice from SafeLink my service provider stating since i have not used my phone this month my service will be suspended and*or service cancellation. how can i make a phone call once a month when I have no phone to do so. Since this is my primary and only form of communication, I would like SafeLink to replace my phone if at all possible so that i may continue to be a participant eligibile for the California Lifeline Service.
GetHuman-mtselma did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.
