My name is*Mary linda fryer*I'd number: *********My cpmplants are add follows**. I was hung up on**. I was left on hold for over an hour**. I was continue my email and text to rectify. Every month*I was told every time i call to rectify that it was not time.*Then I got a lady and she rectify me.*But to day about **:** or **:** *I couldn't make a very important call I couldn't. I call safe link customer service. I was told I has not rectify. Oh my GOD.*I asked to speak with a supervisor. He informed me to turn my phone off for ** mins then try a make a call. If that don't work call back immediately and I did to be hung up on left phone home transferred to another supervisor while talking to that one she never did say where I'm going to let you talk to another supervisor she just transferred me so I'm hot under the collar I don't have any money for another phone so this one must work now I was at * by the last supervisor that I need to put more money on my card for my phone to work and that I had to recertify again now every month I got that recertify email and text sometime two and three times a month the problem I'm having is that they don't understand English they are not putting in the information in the compute they are not putting in the information in the computer correctly they are forgetting to do things and when they do this is a result of it because I know a lot of SafeLin they are forgetting to do things and when they do this is a result of it because I know a lot of SafeLink customer servic they are forgetting to do things and when they do this is a result of it because I know a lot of SafeLink customer that have the same problem they have called and recertified and two or three months or weeks later they are cut off so my suggestion to you American speaking English people to American people because there is a block between the two languages not how I was raised in New York so I know the language and I understand what they say but they don't understand me and I think that is the biggest problem that SafeLink has is understanding languages and it's not fair we are poor people trying to make it and they act like they don't want to help us because we don't understand them and I have one of your automatic tellers to tell me that just because I didn't understand her that I was discriminating against her and I was not that young lady English was so broke it was pathetic so when call all call i so when callers call in if they are an American citizen and they speak English and they push that one that's what we expect English-speaking people not somebody pretending they can speak English and you don't a phone you don't understand a word they saying but please help us with this matter I mean this is happening to a lot of people a lot of your customers or leaving because of that fa but please help us with this matter I mean this is happening to a lot of people a lot of your customers or leaving because of that fact we need our phones we don't need to be delivere but please help us with this matter I mean this is happening to a lot of people a lot of your customers or leaving because of that fact we need our phones we don't need to be belittled and talk dow but please help us with this matter I mean this is happening to a lot of people a lot of your customers or leaving because of that fact we need our phones we don't need to be be little and talked down to and hung up on and all that kind of stuff we don't need that we just want a service or free service we are in need of and the government is giving it and we want it so stop hiring all these nuts in Englis so stop hiring all these nuts English to English thank you
