Find out delivery date of new phone! ... Per my call with Wilfe last week on ***, I would like to know when I can expect my phone delivery? Ticket *: ************This should be a CDMA phone that has Service carrier with Verizon. I will then activate and transfer my current phone * and account service to new phone! I arrival is soon, as I have only been waiting for this type of phone*service since I started the program! It took me over * months to finally get a CSR to realize that I am correct and DO NOT HAVE ANY AT&T service coverage in my area and I need a cdma phone in order to go thru Verizon and actually b able to get and receive calls and texts in my home, instead of emergency calls only, until I drive at least a mile out of town!
I don’t have a cell phone for them to call me back on, so I gave them my landline to call me on, but I don’t get text messages on landline, so I don’t know how they r going to call me back?!

I haven’t left safelink yet for another lifeline provider...although if anyone else had these issues, I’m sure wld have left by now! This is the LAST time I’m willing to work with them and if issue not fixed, I WILL BE SWITCHING COMPANIES!
IVE BEEN WAITING TO MAKE AND RECEIVE CALLS AND SEND AND RECEIVE TEXTS FOR OVER A YEAR! Just in the last * months, I have gotten sent * SIM cards that DO NOT WORK, as well as a POS FLIP PHONE THAT ALSO DOES NOT WORK FOR ME TO USE! Kind of defeats the purpose of the program, if I cannot use services and really hate that the CSR that I’ve spoken to DO NOT SEEM TO RESEARCH MY SERVICE AREA AND REVIEW MY COVERAGE TO GET ME THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE!
