Help with my SafeLink issue

I ordered free cell phone service with the bring your own phone SIM card package and my SIM card package has apparently been delivered to the wrong address so I'm wondering how to get another one sent out to the correct address cuz I have not received it.I cannot find my enrollment id. I have no way to call in to get information from you guys so I'm using a computer I just desperately need my SIM card sent out to the right address so that I can have a phone please email me back as soon as possible with information on what I can do thanks
