At a Walmart store, I waited over an hour to get help for finding the right plan card for my phone.. the employees working were new, and did not know what I needed, so I waited for the department managers assistance...The plan that he said was correct for my phone was an unlimited ** day talk,text, and data, which cost me $**.**... when I tried to activate the card, the reply I had gotten was an invalid pin... I was connected to a rep, who after I explained what happened, stated that there was nothing he could do to help me...I hadn't asked to speak to a supervisor because in the past, whenever I had asked, the person I was talking to said they were a supervisor... The numbers under the bar code are *** *** ****** **********, The service pin is *** *** *** *** ***, and my phone number is ***-***-****... I need an active phone... I am a visually impaired disabled vet, and trying to get a ride into town to get the correct card is like pulling teeth... Can anything be done to help me get a working phone... While looking at the many cards, I didn't see any that said that this card is for safe link phones...*Thanks for your time...*Respectfully**Michael Dudek
