I called and spoke to Christie back on **** about a safelink phone, phone number is ***-***-**** and she was supposed to send a re-enrollment application for a Robert Eason Jr, and I have not received that application yet and it has been longer than the *-** business day. I would like to know if that has been sent out, and if not can I have it sent to the address I specified with his name. Enrollment number is ********
