I called customer service and had my existing phone number and data plan transfered to my new phone. I was told that my mins was switched over and that I needed to turn old phone off for it to transfer, also I was given a reference * in case something went wrong and now I am unable to get in touch with anyone to help me. I need a * that I can contact ASAP to get my **** straightened out. Thank you!
