I have a ZTE phone (***-***-****) that will not send texts. I get an error message of 'insufficient funds' but I have an unlimited text plan. Also, the call log is telling me that I'm calling certain numbers when I didn't call the number. Anyone who calls me, the call log lists as calling multiple times when they only call once. I've restarted and removed*reinserted the battery but that didn't help. The account is listed under Betty Dolphin.
GetHuman-atomic did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.
