Been on the phone with customer service all afternoon and supervisor agreed that we had purchased the unlimited talk and text on May *th May **th I'm sorry May **th and that the account is currently showing that it has no minutes they agreed to give us six more days until the **th which is when we bought the unlimited talk and text and it stated that like on y'all's website currently states that it's for ** days and it doesn't affect the * minutes free minutes I have currently hide I'm currently have three different phone calls to customer service all saying that they're going to put the minutes on the phone and they cannot they the phone still does not working
I trust that SafeLink will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
