Help with my SafeLink issue

I have Safelink phone with number ***-***-**** under Molina Healthcare and the Medicaid plan since last more then two years. My Orignal ID number was ******** last nigh when called to find out about missing minutes for this month I was told I need recertification and was given a new ID number *****. I tried to get new recertification form Online with New ID number ***** it did' accept then I tried old ID number ******** this number was accepted but the message on the screen told me I do not need recertification and my account is in good condition still there were no minutes added for this month. *To make I understood.the message right I called your C*S number *-***-***-**** and given call me later option instead of holding so I gave my Land Line number for call back and waited from * PM till *.** PM without any result.*Now problem is on my dash board I had service end date shown as Feb **** later it was changed to October **** and now all of sudden my minutes are not given without any prior notice supposedly four ahead of recertification.*I have picture (screen shots) all the above things I am talking about including the message I received to day if only I knew how to send them with this message.*Due to my health and other chores I cannot wait longer time near the phone hence I would request you to solve this problem by written messages or e mail which I can read and reply as when my health and other things allowes me, shall await you kind favor, truly, Sadruddin Rahimi (*****@***.com).
