I have not received my monthly minutes. I am to receive *** minutes on the *st of the month. I have a smart phone zte and it does not have the prompts to add the minutes. I can't have a phone call and add minutes at the same time.
I trust that SafeLink will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
