The issue and preferred resolution, in your own words:*I had original safelink phone, but i had issues with it, so I bought a new smartphone (thru safelinkwireles) sent me an Alcatel phone and a SIM card that uses AT&T. Ever since I have gotten this phone I have NOT been able to make or receive ANY phone calls while I am in my home or even outside of my house! I cannot receive ANY calls or make calls using my cell phone unless I’m at least a half mile out of town bc there is hardly any AT&T cell coverage in my area. I would like if safelink can send me replacement*refurbished smartphone that uses VERIZON service instead of AT&T, so I can utilize and continue with my plan and keep my same number!*I trust that SafeLink will make this right!
