I got a message from Safelink the end of last month saying that I haven't used my phone all month and if I didn't use it within the next two days to make a call, I would lose my service. My ex-husband who lives next door got the same message. So we both made calls the day we received messaged so that we woudnt lose service. I just tried to make a call now, because another month has passed, and it says service unavailable. I went over and got his phone, and his says the same thing when I try to use his. We only use these phones to call each other in case something really important comes up. But I personally use the internet part of it when I am away from home. Can you please check on the status of both of these phones and see what is going on? My number is (***) ***-**** under Judith L. Godfrey and his number is (***) ***-**** under Richard B. Godfrey.
