To Whom It May Concern,** I contacted your toll free number and spoke to a male Customer Representative by the name of Kim. I explained to Kim that I was interested in getting additional minutes added to my phone because I had received several unknown & unwanted texts & somehow my minutes dropped from *** to **. Kim stated that once he entered my enrollment number, I would be able to visit any Walmart supermarket and request to get the *** minutes package for Safelink customers at a promotional rate of $**.** dollars. However, today when I visited Walmart, the Walmart phone division employee stated that they never carried Safelink minutes only Tracfone airtime cards (*** minutes for $**.**). The Walmart employee suggested that I consult with Safelink again, hence my reason for contacting ylou. I would like to add additional Safelink minutes to my phone as Kim, your Customer Representative stated would be available. ** I would like to thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter. ** I look forward to hearing from you shortly.**Very truly yours,*Nicole
