Get my service back on. My service has been cut off twice already for questionable reasons. The first time they said that my address wasn't correct but, was because they had my old phone number written as an apartment number and when I gave my address they said it didn't match. I told them they had the info down but still had to reapply. The second time they said I still had service with qlink wireless but, I had not had service with them for a while before I even applied. It seems like they just do not want to give me service! ... I am trying to get my service back on. I have mailed the signed application and copy of my snap letter, that includes my address. I have also uploaded photos of my SNAP card. I was just told that I was unqualified because of the name on the card was not clear. They should have my paper proof so why am I unqualified?
It's frustrating because I have had to reapply each time they make a mistake and it takes months that I have to go without a phone.
I would just like service that I qualify for.
I'm not sure how long I've been a customer because they keep cutting of my service.
I've tried calling, direct chat, mailing proof uploading proof and to no resolve.
