I have been trying for several days to apply for my sister in law. I filled out the application online but did not have documentation of income at the time. I obtained documentation and went back online to submit, but only got "you have an application, no need to submit another one". When I called to verify application status, I received an "invalid" response. I want to complete the application process. Please allow me to talk directly to a customer service representative or walk me through how to reapply.
GetHuman-gestrawn did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.
