Hello a safelink BYOD customer for a few months using an unlocked galaxy s*. voice and data has worked without problems until a few days ago. Data became very laggy and would freeze at times despite power cycling. **Assuming I was getting throttled on data, I call customer care paid **.** to add * gb additional never have done that before. Within a day I was unable to use data services at all without using wifi. **It has been going on a couple of days now and with wifi in most placed I go I did not notice it right away. **Have called support, they checked settings and found a mismatch in their system. I've done nothing other than add the additional data, is it a coincidence or a cause. **No one has an answer I've tried various apn settins nothing works. "mobile data" is the only problem I'm having. **I have full bars, Lte* bidirectional arrows below that appear to show data flow, but nothing on device. **I did not have a secondary number to use so that additional troubleshooting could be done. I tried this process twice with Safelink manually entering settings. **I've even completely wiped and reset the phone and still same problem. I do "not" receive any error messages about data service, just a page will not load, cannot sent pics etc.
GetHuman652402 did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.
