Hello my name is Mr. Poole and I was wondering what has happen to my flip phone to replace the smart phone that I don't understand how to work it which the lady said that it was on the way last week and haven't received it yet I have another issue with this also i don't have a phone number yet either, I was aware that of that I was going to get a phone and free minutes monthly not have to buy my minutes so if someone would kindly let me know what's going on with this i would really appreciate it.
