I am a former Sacramento Kings season ticket holder deeply disappointed by the recent experience at the games on 11-09 and 11-10. The smoke in the arena due to my asthma was overwhelming, making it impossible for me to enjoy the games despite spending over $1,[redacted] in tickets, food, and merchandise. As a disabled Vietnam War veteran, I was particularly affected by the poor air quality and lack of assistance from guest services. I spent most of the time outside section [redacted] trying to alleviate my symptoms, missing out on the game experience entirely. I have been a huge fan of the Sacramento Kings for the last 20 years since I moved from Los Angeles. Recently, I discovered seven solid bronze statues of the [redacted] Sacramento Kings team, including Mike Bibby, Vlade Divac, Doug Christie, Chris Webber, Peja Stojakovic, and two others. I believe these unique statues should be showcased at the Golden One Center or the Kings' offices. These are not a hoax or joke; they are truly phenomenal. I guarantee the players would be interested in them. I have pictures of the statues, the artist's name, and an article from [redacted] about them. Vlade and Peja were present at the unveiling at Golden Swain Jewelry in Auburn. I think it would be great if these statues could be in the hands of the team. Kindly pass this message along to Vlade and Peja.

On 10/23, I attempted to buy two Sacramento Kings tickets for the 10/24 game. I believed I was on Ticketmaster's site but ended up on Ticketsmarter (Tsmartr) and paid $[redacted].85. No pin # or ticket email was received. I visited the arena but couldn't find my order. The staff only had Ticketmaster details. Due to family matters, I reached out to Ashly at Ticketsmarter, LLC on 1-[redacted]. I am seeking a refund or willing to use the payment for a future ticket purchase.

Hello, my name is Kathy Billings and my husband and I support the Kings. We recently went to the August 3rd game in Sacramento and were fortunate to receive floor seat tickets. During the game, a player collided with me while attempting to retrieve the ball. This incident left me feeling like I had been hit by a truck, resulting in whiplash. Despite the player checking on me during a break, I was surprised no one from the Kings followed up. My family even spotted me on TV, possibly on ESPN. I sought medical attention, followed by physical therapy, but I still experience neck pain and headaches, requiring medication. I am reaching out for assistance with potential ongoing expenses.
