Hello, I bought a Sabrent Rocket 1TB M.2 SSD Gen 3 from Amazon UK a year ago. The advertised speed is about 3400MBps, but I am only getting around 1700MBps. Someone mentioned in UK Amazon reviews that Sabrent has sent out a batch of M.2 SSDs with a restricted controller at 1700MBps. I have set up my PC correctly to work with the M.2 SSD. Hello. I am experiencing an issue with my Sabrent Rocket XTRM-Q external hard drive. Suddenly, it is not mounting on my Windows 10 Pro computer and is no longer recognized. Despite making the connection sound when plugged into the USB-C port, it only brings up "Thunderbolt Software" with a message to eject the "Base System Device." The device appears in the "Thunderbolt Software" as attached, but I can't access it. I have tried different cables and connecting it to another computer with no success. This problem has occurred unexpectedly, and I have taken good care of the hard drive since purchasing it from Amazon on Nov 11th, [redacted]. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I purchased a 2.5" SATA hard drive/SSD to USB 3.0 adapter which came with a free download of Acronis True Image from Sabrent.com/Acronis. Upon attempting to download it, I encountered difficulties. I tried creating an account without success as I kept receiving an error message stating my email address was unknown. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to proceed and eventually got locked out. I am seeking guidance on how to successfully download Acronis to clone the data from my old hard drive to the new SSD. Any prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
