Dear sir **Have a nice day............**I want to explain why i did not pay invoice for STC number **********.**I have been using STC internet service (*********) from last ** years and paying invoices every month without any delay for STC number **********. In November **** my internet stopped due to some technical problems for * days. I made complaint through online with STC app but did not get proper response. finally i go to STC yanbu office and registered my complaint again. STC authorized person informed me that your modem (router) became very old and need to replace the modem and STC number. I agreed with his proposal and fill the form and sign. They allot me new STC number **********. STC authorized person told me that technician will visit to my room and change my modem (router). I thought my old number (*********) will automatically deactivated when my new number (**********) will activated.**I surprised when technician visit to my room and informed me that both numbers (********** & **********) are working and after that i received * invoices from both (********** & **********) STC numbers. **Again i visit Yanbu STC office and requested to STC representative to cancel the new number (**********) but STC representative told me he cannot cancel my STC number (**********) due to my Iqama not yet renew. **My Iqama (**********) was expired in **** and employer not yet renew my iqama till date. STC representative issued new number (**********) on my expired iqama and during cancellation STC number they are asking updated iqama. i am not understand the logic. Why STC issued new STC number on my expired iqama??? *Kindly help me sir... please
