I purchased a red Smeg tall fridge from Currys on 10.9.18. Unfortunately, upon delivery, I discovered numerous marks on both sides of the fridge. Currys agreed to send a replacement, but the new fridge also arrived with similar marks from the packaging. The delivery team suggested contacting Smeg directly for assistance. The cost of the fridge was £[redacted], and I am disappointed by the cosmetic damage. Any advice on how to address this would be appreciated. Thank you, Angela Heath.

Hello! I recently came across your company on Amazon and noticed that you offer a ravioli attachment maker. This is something I haven't seen before. I'm curious to know if your ravioli attachment is compatible with a Kitchen Aid mixer, as I don't own a SMEG mixer but I adore making ravioli! In the U.S., I usually buy the Italian RANA brand, but they are quite pricey and don't compare to the ones my Nonna used to make. Thank you! - Valerie P. Malone

Hello, I had a kitchen fitted a while back, just before COVID hit. I purchased a kettle and a mixer from Wrens Kitchen because I've always heard great reviews about your appliances. After only using the mixer twice to make a cake, the handle fell off. I tried to register it with the receipts I gave my husband, but it was never done. Now, my kettle is leaking all over the place. I'm disappointed in the quality of your products. I have cheaper appliances that have lasted longer than these. For the amount of money I spent on these items, just over two years of use is unacceptable. I won't be recommending your products to others. I believe these must be faulty products, as I expect them to last longer than two and a half years.

I am struggling to reset my machine to factory default values. Despite watching instructional videos and following the manual, I haven't had any success. These are the steps I've attempted: 1. I accessed the programming menu by holding the steam button for 10 seconds, which resulted in three lights blinking sequentially. 2. After turning the steam knob to the steam position (turned down), 3. I pressed the one cup button (far left), but only two lights flashed (one cup and two cup buttons) instead of all three as specified in the manual. The steam button remained steady yellow instead of blinking. 4. I then returned the steam knob to its original position. 5. Upon testing, the one cup did not dispense just 1 oz of coffee, continuing to produce at least 3 oz, which was the previous programming. Unfortunately, my attempt to reset to factory default has failed, and I am seeking assistance.
