Find out when you plan to return to finish trenching our internet line. You left the repair job unfinished and we are unsatisfied. ... City contractors cut the line when replacing sidewalk about * months ago. You came and replaced the line from the green access box to our house, but left the line laying across the yard instead of trenching it. This is unacceptable and we've been waiting weeks (maybe a month). We are waiting for you to trench the line so it's underground like the previous line.
We have an internet line laying in our yard and winter is coming. Unacceptable service and we're ready to shop around for a company that's willing to offer better service.
Come trench the cable, do a nice job of it, bill the city*make a claim to the city if you need to, but FINISH THE JOB!
We haven't gone public with our complaints and have been waiting, trusting you'll finish the job. We've lost patience.
