I tried to call you, RYOBY, but it said on today, ** July ****, that you were closed in observance of the holiday which was yesterday! I bought a RYOBI ** V string trimmer and the front panel fell off on the first use due to the loosening of the wingnut and the bolt that was holding it on while I was using it in my yard. I cannot find the wingnut and the bolts because they are smal. I am searching all over the place with the rake and still cannot find it. As I said earlier today is * July. I got a message on your phone saying we are closed in observance of the holiday which was yesterday the Fourth of July! July * is a business day. I wanted to trim my front yard, got halfway through, and the bolts fell out. It left the shielding in the grass. Why are you not open today?
