I purchased pressure washer Nov. ****. I am sure I registered with Ryobi. I've been getting email from Ryobi since the purchase.*It was working great, then it wasn't . Seems the reset button is not resetting. We use it around the house. We tried plugging in directly into the wall, tried with heavy duty extensions and there is no reset.*As I said it WAS working great.*It is very heavy for me to lift so I only want to do it once. When it is exchanged*The new one should be sent directly to house.
