Hello, I have a query regarding duty-free items for my upcoming flight from the UK to Portugal next Monday. I have a 70ml bottle of perfume in gift wrapping that I plan to bring as part of a care package for my family. I checked your website but couldn't find specific information on carrying such items. Can you clarify if this gift would pose any issues considering the restrictions on liquids in hand luggage? Thank you.

Hello. I wanted to ask about the changes in tourism rules effective on December 15 that prevent Ukrainian passengers from visiting Italy for tourism. I made a flight booking two weeks ago for the dates December 18-21 to Venice with reservation number KH8QXE. The flights are Lviv-Venice on December 18 and Venice-Lviv on December 21. The rules have changed since that time due to the new strain of coronavirus. Can I get a refund for this flight since the situation is beyond my control?

I am currently locked out of my account after multiple password reset attempts, and I urgently need to check in as I have a flight at 11 am. I cannot afford the £55 check-in fee. A few weeks ago, I changed my flights when extending my holiday. Ryanair sent me a "special" email to [redacted] (my usual email is below), but I am unsure which email to use or why the password changes did not work. Yesterday, I called Ryanair at +44 [redacted]. They only asked for a few details, including my email address, and mentioned that it might take a few hours for a message to be sent, but I never received one.

I have a booking number E99NMZ. We have already checked in for our flight tomorrow, 16/12/[redacted], for 5 passengers as one family. However, due to personal reasons, 4 out of 5 family members need to cancel their flight and reschedule for new dates. Unfortunately, the online system for managing my booking does not provide the option to retain one booking for the original dates and postpone the other 4 bookings for new dates. Please assist me as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Irina. I have made reservations for two tickets for the Athens-Vienna flight on 12/28/21 and two Vienna-Athens return tickets on 8/1/22, one for me and one for my minor son, for a tourism trip. Unfortunately, I am unable to travel due to restrictions in Austria that only allow vaccinated or Covid-recovered tourists to enter, which I am not. I would like to inquire about the process for ticket refunds given this situation. The tickets I purchased included hand baggage 10kg + checked baggage 20kg. Can you please advise on the best course of action to resolve this issue and arrange for the refund of the tickets? Thank you. Best regards, Irina.

Starting December 15, [redacted], Italy has removed Ukraine from the list D. Previously, vaccinated Ukrainian tourists could enter Italy with a negative test without needing to undergo self-isolation. However, from December 16, [redacted], Ukraine will be placed on list E. This means that all tourists from Ukraine, regardless of vaccination status, will now be required to self-isolate for 10 days upon arrival, even with a PCR test. Italian cruise lines will not allow passengers who have been in a country on the E list in the past 14 days to board at Italian ports. These new regulations will be in effect until January 31, [redacted].

We have a trip to Slovakia booked for December 27th, with a return flight to Greece on January 3rd. Greece now requires a PCR test for entry, which wasn't a requirement when we booked the flight. Due to the 48-hour window for the test, we cannot locate a testing center open on January 1st or 2nd due to the holiday. We kindly request a refund for the total amount paid, covering tickets, seats, extra luggage, and insurance.

Hello, I am facing challenges with the new COVID rules for flying to Italy. It states that starting today, we must have a PCR or antigen test to confirm a negative result. My concern is, do we need these tests if we are in Italy for less than 2 hours catching another flight? Our route is from Eindhoven to Venice and then from Venice to Sofia, with a layover in Venice of less than 2 hours. Will we still require these tests to travel smoothly and without any problems? Thank you for your assistance.

I have booked tickets for a flight from Malaga to Ibiza with Ryanair, but I am unable to download the tickets as the program keeps prompting me for documents that are not required for travel within Spain. There are currently no specific documents necessary for traveling from mainland Spain to the Balearic Islands, apart from flight tickets and identification. I would like Ryanair to update their system, as the continuous requests for unnecessary documents are off-putting and feel overly aggressive. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly, as I may have to consider canceling the flights if it persists.

Dear [Travel Company], I am contacting you to handle a claim regarding our family trip that was impacted due to Covid in Vienna. The lockdown in Vienna affecting hotels, restaurants, and services until December 20 has prevented us from traveling as planned. With the current restrictions, it is impossible for us to proceed without access to accommodations and dining options. We kindly request a refund for our trip or the opportunity to utilize the funds for a future trip when the pandemic situation improves. I have attached the necessary documentation from the trip and the Austrian government for your review. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with the current Covid guidelines. Thank you.

Good morning, I am EL Badaoui Btissam traveling today, December 18, [redacted], on flight FR [redacted] from London to Dole, France. As an Italian citizen, I had taken the required test before departure. I am traveling for a short period with my two children, aged 6 and 8, who are also Italian citizens not requiring a visa for entry into France. I am requesting a full refund, including reimbursement for the baggage, as boarding should not have been denied considering we had all the necessary documents. Best regards.

I have a booking with Ryanair for a flight from Tel Aviv to Marseille on January 4th at 8:20 PM, returning on January 11th at 2:30 PM. The Israeli Ministry of Health has prohibited Israeli citizens from traveling to France due to it being a high-risk Covid-19 destination. I am looking for options regarding this flight such as reimbursement or a credit for a future booking. - S. & M. Buzaglo, +[redacted] 54 [redacted] [redacted]

Due to the ever-changing situation with the Omicron variant and the constantly shifting rules and restrictions in Israel and Europe, we have made the decision to cancel our holiday flight. Our tickets were purchased online through Bravofly for flights operated by RAYNAIR. The booking details are as follows: Booking ID [redacted] with the following flights - PNR FG78HE on 9.1.[redacted] from Tel Aviv to Sofia and PNR JHLJ24/LKXLCZ on 20.1.[redacted] from Sofia to Tel Aviv. I had also purchased Full Flex Insurance for these flights, which should entitle me to a full refund. Despite my efforts to cancel the flights with both Bravofly and RYANAIR, I have encountered difficulties and it seems nearly impossible to get a refund as each company finds reasons to make the process challenging. I urge for assistance in canceling the flights and receiving a refund promptly.

Hello, I need assistance with adjusting the passenger details for my upcoming flights. We have a flight to Helsinki (HEL FR9324) on December 24th, followed by a flight to Kaunas (Kaunas FR9323) on December 29th. The issue we encountered is with the ages of our travel companions. One should be classified as a teenager (Leticija Januškaitė) aged 12 to 15, and the other as a child (Bernadeta Januškaitė) aged 2 to 12. We need to correct this information to complete the registration process. There is no need to change the names, only the age categories. Please assist promptly so we can proceed with the registration before our flight. My booking reference number is JD8MQA. Thank you, Virgilijus Januška

I have a flight booked from Nuremberg, Germany, to London Stansted on Friday, December 24th, and returning on December 27th. Due to the current strict Covid-19 restrictions in Germany for travelers from England, I am unable to take the flights. I would like to know if it's possible to change the dates without any change fees, and if I can retain my priority and seat reservations with the new flight dates considering the special circumstances. Thank you in advance. -Peter Flight Details: London Stansted Reservation Number: A5UBUV

I received a notice from Ryanair that they canceled my January flight. An email advised me to rebook or request a refund. However, I encounter an issue with the refund form, indicating a name discrepancy that does not exist. I reached out to them on Twitter yesterday, spending hours resolving the matter. Eventually, they requested screenshots, but have since been unresponsive. I simply seek a refund as I need to make alternative travel arrangements due to several weeks of cancellation on the Newquay to Alicante route.

I recently received an email from Ryanair informing me that the flights I had booked from Stansted to Nimes for May 20th to May 23rd have been canceled (Booking reference: A5TCYV). My companion and I are open to rescheduling, but our next available dates would be in September. I've heard that Ryanair can provide a refund by transferring the amount to a Ryanair wallet for future use. The names on the booking are Susan McMahon and Jean Scarlett. I appreciate any guidance on this matter. Thank you. Susan
