Refund TTS****** booked with Telegraph Travel Solutions Ryanair ref.T***YD & J***RJ route STN OPO & LIS STN. Date of disrupted flight ********** & **********.*Numerous email sent to Ryanair and yet still no refund.*When I did make contact with Ryanair they asked for the email address that Telegraph Travel booked with as they said without that they could go not further with the issue.*If I do not get a reply I will take this matter further.*Graham Franklin
