I have tried for months to be in contact with Ryan Air - even writing to the Head Office in Dublin, but with no response,. I only receive bland general statements that do not cover our unusual circumstances. ... My wife and I were "no show" on A**STS on September **th ****. We had tried to cancel because Ryan Air had cancelled our return flight from Spain (Y*GRKY) on September **th. We also tried to cancel car parking which we had booked through Ryan Air at Bristol. If I am I right to assume there will be no refund or voucher offered, I would be very grateful if Ryan Air could give us a brief note to that effect , which we could then give to our travel insurance company who will then reimburse us. I have already sent them your general public statement that you will not reimburse "No Shows," if the flight has not been cancelled by Ryan Air, but you will I hope you will understand the unusual circumstances in that we cancelled our outward bound flight because Ryan Air cancelled the return flight. *Your sincerely, David & Rosemary Harley
My wife has just turned ** and we have found ourselves under considerable mental and emotional stress in trying to resolve this issue.
This matter could be easily and quickly resolved if Ryan Air would simply send a short note confirming that there can be no refund or voucher offered for this flight, and no refund for the car parking at Bristol Airport Booking LHR-*-******* £**.** September **th-**th **** for Car RE**HKY)
My wife and I have travelled extensively all over the worked during our lives and have held Thai Airways Gold Card for many of years. We have often used Ryan Air and would hope to do so again.
